Reducing smoking and drinking by teens
Cigarette smoking by 10th graders continues to decline, from 13 percent in 2011 to 8 percent in 2014. (data link) Drinking is also decreasing, with the percentage of 10th graders reporting drinking alcohol in the past month dropping from 28 percent in 2010 to 21 percent in 2014.
